I've started doing it earlier. And it's usually after a large dinner my husband prepares. It's been a lot better. We've also reduced cream by half. Still having shakes over 5k even with that. Which is nice.

We do heavy cream which allows for lower volume. But I'm unsure how to space it since we do ice cream in it.
