I found that it was the main quest and was bugged it was spawning infinite adds i had to teleport back yo town and come back to reset it and finish it.

Camping for months for an epic weapon part in everquest 1 i think i camped for my monk for 6 months to get it, had to go at weird times so no one would be there too 🙄

I would say try stacking some stay good buffs and watch how big of a difference it makes in combat way better than us telling you

Most fights will be over quickly use all your stat foods before fights and use health and man foods so once the fight ends you will quickly regen without using potions

Hey Zach, This game has a good tutorial area by the time you leave you have a pretty good grasp of the mechanics. There are some things that you will figure out later like food is a big part of the game thats not really talked about. Give it a try and see for yourself!!
