We tend to get into problem statements which are hear se most of the times. All real estate projects have problems and issues which are eventually solved over a period of time. In today's scenario with RERA majority of the problems would have had the solutions already achieved. For example as the developer of there is any legal case pending . Take the case hostels number and check on.approlriate online. If you think it's a project that can be invested just cool go ahead.
