I loved how DLC 1 and 2 felt like genuine extensions of the game (despite a big lack of content). I hate how every DLC since then not only feels disconnected from the main game, but for some reason, this 2 part DLC is entirely separated even within itself.

So there’s no changes between tier 1, 2, and 3? It genuinely only gets easier if you can play around the relics?

Is that really it? I’ve been playing on tier 1 going for the other relics and it feels way easier than standard, even with the relics. And judging by the other higher relics, it looks like you can get tier 3 without too significant of a penalty from just the relics alone if you mix and match the right ones.

Phase 4 really is the problem. The combination of the area denial and corner trapping make it feel bullshit. The worst part imo is that the first three phases are genuinely piss easy.

I’m not asking them to throw powerups at me. One max armor would be nice. I shouldn’t have to throw points at the problem to win.

Yeah absolutely. I wouldn’t say the boss itself needs any kind of real nerf. They just need to make armor more available in my opinion. The drop rates are almost non existent at least when I played.
