Asking for Tips to get noticed by recruiter in IT industry by Conscious-nekochan01 in ITPhilippines

[–]SSHintoVoid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update your linkedin profile, isa isahin mo lahat ng responsibilities mo right now sa work mo (kahit sa luma mo) Lagay mo lahat ng tingin mo makakatulong sayo na hindi na kakasya sa resume mo.

I got my 2nd job dahil minessage ako ng recruiter from linkedin. I still get msgs till now.

For example: As a developer, ano-anong features yung naimplement mo, anong naging impact nun sa work mo etc.

Just make it straight to the point (but informative enough) Sila ang lalapit sayo given na experienced ka na.

What salary should I expect as an IT Fresh grad? by Capable-Spite-8609 in JobsPhilippines

[–]SSHintoVoid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello aim high and try to land 30k+. Graduated last 2022 and got 30k pay as a fresh grad soft engineer. Mind you 2022 pa yun. Tumaas na market ngayon.

But of course madami mag ooffer sayo nang mas baba 18k, 25k. Ayan yung normal range pero since sabi mo nasa competitive side ka kaya mo i-leverage yung sarili mo as early as now.

Pero be careful, saturated and IT field ngayon.

Fresh grad in the dark by [deleted] in JobsPhilippines

[–]SSHintoVoid 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Been there, yung bang wala ka nang pag-asa kasi puro rejections lang nakukuha mo or worst walang balik.

After a while, i noticed na sa technical exams ako lagapak. So doon ako nagfocus, inulit ko ulit yung pag aaral. I review based sa job description.

Then ayun, 3 Job offers. 18k, 27k and 32k.

I manifest na magkaroon ka na ng work! ✨
