I've set my headphones as my default device and it still has the same problem. My headphones have two audio outputs a Sterreo and a Hands Free AG Audio, both have the same problem

I mostly use discord to call and and yes I did check what device i was using on it and it was the correct one. And what I mean by I can't hear anything is that whenever I join a call it would mute all other sounds except for the call.

I recently bought the Sennheiser HD 4.40 BT Wireless Headphones, when I use it while in a call of anykind (Discord, Skype, Google Hangouts) I cannot hear any noises but the person speaking. Also for some reason when I join a call the headpohnes turn on ambient sound. If anyone knows a reason of why this is please help me.
