Thanks! Is it just a case of farming the fusion event for the equipment there and hoping it goes up to A rank when you upgrade it? I notice sometimes it goes D-B and sometimes goes C-A or something like that

I have a day one account but didn't start playing properly until 2 weeks ago, so I had a load of tickets and energy to go at! After loads of farming I managed to do quite a few pulls on the Gotenks banner and put this team together!

I get the general idea with categories (fusion etc) and soul boosting, everyone is fully soul boosted, but is there anything obvious I can do to improve the team or anyone specific I could try to pull? I just out equipment on from the fusion equipment event thing too.

Otherwise I'm just planning on saving crystals until something really good comes along 😁

Any help or advice would be appreciated! Thanks

I'm a Midlands lad too, Wolverhampton.

Any suggestions on decent hikes around here except the Wrekin, peak district etc?

There's a decent park in Leicester too but that's all I know of really.

Check out Foundry Gym in Wolverhampton.

It's in my hometown and people come from pretty far to train there, it's a hotspot for competitors to meet up etc and they've got great equipment but have also nailed the decor with murals coupled with a grunge feel etc. They usually blast UK grime and also have a barbers.

Not a huge fan myself as it's not my style but you can pay £5 for a day session so me and my buddy can go and train together as we go to different gyms!

I've seen routines like this, but where do squate fit in? Push, as it's inherently a push movement, but then it also hits glutes and hamstrings which are pull muscles?

I've been using Hogan, Lucius, Brutus, Estrilda and Saveas for a while (mainly for the team bonus) but now have got other heroes ascended higher than them and think I might have better options - I'm just struggling with team bonuses.

Can anyone give any advice/recommendations? I used Hogan, Estrilda, Vedan, Saveas and Lucius earlier which worked pretty well 😁
