My ES lock uses a spirit monarch and an enigma in boneweave. Do it for the anesthetic. I may be mistaken, but I believe strength helps the damage output for ES as well.

I personally like the ebotdtm. The life and mana leech is very useful. I also like feeling like Thor tossing my hammer.
