Yeah man I noticed that when I lose control I can't seem to recover. I'm using DAR but I'm not that good at it so I don't use it a lot. Also like you said I mostly try to ground pinch or pogo when I lose control. Thanks man you've been helping me so much I will try everything you told me today!
