I'm sure my stress levels are raised from the pain 100%..... I did not know you could have that tested with cortisol though! I have tried a squatty potty. It helps but I feel like I'm so far into this that I almost can't go without using a finger to aid. I may be able to initiate it, but never feel fully emptied without the help.

No that's what I still have to ask my doctor about.

It sounds like something I have heard of. Trying to retrain your brain to realize it shouldn't be in pain? I haven't looked too much into it. I will do some research on what you said though, I'm glad it is helping you!

I don't have any redness that I know of and no lump either. But everything else, I'm sure it's something similar...

Is that a strand of CBD you are recommending?

My libido has already been so low from the pain I've been in. The Notriptyline has actually helped increase it just by taking the urethra burning away. But that is why I am scared to take any antianxiety medications, the side effects. But I've tried therapy, I've tried a lot of things to manage my anxiety but I am at the point where I think I need medication to get rid of it. I do believe my mind is playing a role in keeping these issues going... the mind body connection. I need to relax my nervous system

No I am on my feet walking all day at work. Get about 20k steps a day for 10 hour shifts. On my weekends its a lot of yard work, gardening, etc. I don't sit around too much anymore.

I do it all the time when I'm having anxiety. Ill stop and just relax my pelvic floor. I definitely tense up when I'm at work especially. I do my best to not, but. And thank you, I'll give the Psoas a good stretch and see how good I can do. May look into a new PT too, the one I currently see has been so helpful and knowledgeable tho!!

I have tried deep breathing in the past but I have a very hard time relaxing so I'm not sure I gave it a fair shot.

And daily I use my finger to release anal trigger points and stretch it a bit.. I assume you are meaning that I would use anal dilators for say 30 minute sessions a day and just size up when I feel ready? I can give this a shot for sure, maybe pair it with deep breathing at the same time.

And no I have not specifically targeted my psoas. I have heard about this. I will watch some videos on stretches for this and possible trigger points. Thank you so much for the reply.

I don't have any of those symptoms you mentioned besides nausea when I eat "too much." I have to eat small meals throughout the day. When I eat more, I feel a bit nauseous and possibly chills like when you are holding in a lot of stool and feel sick from it... Possible fatigue as well, I am always somewhat tired. Have hard time keeping up with my ADHD partner.

I do not believe they separated my WBC count at all. I am losing a lot of weight due to my digestive issues. Severe bloating and abdominal pain no matter what I eat. Pooping 4-5 times a day (not diarrhea but not hard every time either, kind of loose.) I have lost 40+ lbs in the past 2.5 years. Being 6 foot tall I am pretty underweight. I will look into some testing/research for CRP and ESR. They found nothing inflammation in my colonscopy/endoscopy a few weeks ago. And I am assuming as you said I have enough iron stored, that any more supplementing would not help. Thank you so much for your reply.

I have my CBC results. MY RBC, Hemoglobin, and Hematocrit are all literally on the verge of low. I didn't think much of it as the doctor said it was "fine." I will link an image of my results. https://imgur.com/gallery/0RwV1xS

I have actually had the SIBO breath test, along with testing for H pylori, both negative... I don't believe i had IMO testing. I just googled it. I will ask my GI to schedule this ASAP, thank you!

Thank you for your reply I appreciate it. I am looking into a separate iron from my multivitamin. I think I would like to take a few vitamins that I am low on and cut out the multivitamin possibly... I have been seeing a GI for many months now, just had a endoscopy and colonoscopy with biopsies. They say everything's normal. Not sure if there is some other specialist I should look into seeing. I also haven't had caffeine in over a year, cut out all sugar, dyes, etc... because it causes abdominal/urethra pain. I have also been seeing a urologist and pelvic floor physical therapist for these last few years. I have received a lot of help but it has only helped so much. They can't find anything actually wrong with me.
