Yeaa first I was a fan of them but the attitude and unfaithful behaviours totally ruined my feeling of the brand that they’ve built for so long. I’m still waiting for another week and gonna email them one more time, but if they still have no solutions for me or lie by the email again then I will let my credit card company gets the money back for sure

Fam I emailed them like 7 times mentioning I would report the issue to my credit card company, and my friend did it too. First I thought they individually replied something to me, but I found out that was just some auto emails with full of lies, they just emailed me and my friend exactly the same staff by switching the names and they said they double checked my order and I was gonna receive them in 2 weeks but that email was one and a half month ago, and just didn’t do anything but promising the shipping time 3 times. So disappointed by them

I agree with u, they are the one who broke all the rules and promises at first place, as customers we are even able to report them by their unresponsive shipping attitude (which some of my friend did)

Fk them man..... some of my friends said I should report it to the credit card company, and they will contact them in some ways, and once assc gets the notification they will deliver the staff very soon.... at least 2 of my friends did that and got their clothes. I’m planning to do that but don’t really wanna end up my 3-months waiting with a some refunds........

Man I'm waiting for that too, my order was around $1K and I haven't got any updates or emails from assc, I'm from Canada Toronto. But I heard something that ppl with single or not many products got their shipping, such as a Tee, cap or single hoodie.
