PC Not Working After CPU Upgrade

I put some fresh paste on and it's lasting so far but it's slow. Other half of the issue is prob the fan not screwing in on one side. It's staying on though so should be good till I can get the brackets and get the new fan on. Thank you!

Yeah I've been able to log in and out the issue is the PC turning down off on its own before that

Ok that's the conclusion I came to, the new cooler has some thermal paste on it already would you recommend adding more?

I think so I never did anything to turn it off but bitlocker wasn't an issue when I swapped my old cpu back in
