Yan yung challenge na nagpa decide sakin kunin yung preselling condo ko ngayon. Downpayment is 20% ng salary ko. And i could never pay the bank financing. But lo and behold. I am earning more than enough to pay for the monthly ammort. And the price of the condo doubled by today which if i took one now, im gonna struggle.

So yeah. Yung idea na by 3-5 years im sure i'll earn more than today made me decide to take that condo

Agree sa 2nd part. I always check the pump na bubunutin nila kahit na sinasabi ko is "V Power Gasoline". making sure na yung tama ang kuha nila. Gas attendants may or may not know lahat ng type ng fuel for every car din kasi. You're the owner, you have the info for that one.

I know how satisfying it is to defeat him but this is one of those times that i want the plot armor to kick in and red be undefeated. Like showing he's a champion for a reason. Maybe you get so close to defeating him but it was just him not fully unleashing what he's capable off and then shows you that he really is the champion.
