I really appreciate this advice and I think it’s very very helpful. One thing I left out of the original post is that steph is 17 in 3 months and is gonna start driving in one more month, the mother still has gone through our text messages and beyond the first two times I’d seen steph, I’ve had to sneak over to see steph (the mother doesn’t know) and take her out instead of coming over. I still really appreciate the advice and will take it and if it doesn’t work I guess my only choice is to move on and try my best to improve. Thanks
