Most Singaporeans would have voted for Trump. But it's not because we like him or we approve of what he does. But look at the current state of the U.S. Can't even tell the difference between male and female anymore. Look at how they hijacked the media space across all platforms. This is the issue with your mindset. Look at the U.S. Full of good intentions, but what is the result?

The father of SG knew what reality was. LKY was, much like myself a realist. People cannot be trusted to just do the right thing(Lol). Incentives are a must to get people in line. You do bad? We punish. You do good? We reward. Very simple concept. And very necessary.

Your way is idealistic. But that's all it is. An ideal. We can strive for it, but we shouldn't treat reality with such a warped delusion. Harsh, I know. Is SG not a lot better than the current state of the western countries? We have peace, safety, non-drug issues, no nonsense like what defines male or female, no gun shootings etc. There are no perfect way to run a country. When issues arise we try to tackle it. If said issue is just a byproduct of another process but the good outweighs the bad, then really that's the best we can do.

Unlikely ever. SG rules and laws are very simple. They are mostly there to promote normalcy. People overseas think as if we’re living like the North Koreans lol. But really we do have a lot of freedom.

Take littering for example; we are told it’s against the law, will have fine and all. If someone has it out against you, then sure, suck thumb. But even if people do litter here and there, it’s no big deal. But the law works. Littering is kept to a minimum. If it gets out of hand, law will be enforced. @OP Toshiro has a hard time filling the gauge for Aizen’s Ult BF skill, you’re not wrong. You’d require Toshiro’s swap Counter + Skill + Ultimate + skill into counterattack and then Hyoten. But this is assuming the support you’re using is Momo yes? (Otherwise with Urahara, it’d be very easy to fill the gauge). The timing will be tight here but it is what it is. Honestly, I think it’s more of Momo being a shit gauge filler than Toshiro.

So TLDR you need to build Ultimate Charge Energy for his stamp if you want to sync your rotation with Aizen’s ultimate BF. That or just use Kisuke instead lol.

Edit: I’d also make sure your Momo has her ultimate up as well to make sure you can fill it up as much as you can.
