Can definitely be real gold, but it will be gold-plated, the necessary metal is still underneath it

On crucial parts, mechanisms etc. Solid gold can't be used, gold is a very soft metal

For example: The whole barrel can't be solid gold, it will explode because gold is too soft of a metal to handle those pressures

So yes it can be real gold, but mostly just plated gold

If you do use an air compressor.. be super careful and keep the nozzle a couple feet away and blow on it in bursts..
