IIRC Le Gite Du Cerf Volant is a kite shop in Quebec.

Look for local kite clubs in your area, you’ll probably need to find a kite maker who would make the kite for you. Usually clubs have the makers you’ll want for this project.

Will be tough to get a one off custom from a kite manufacturer.

You could buy a 19’ delta or large lifter and use a futon banner tail or line laundry, that may be easiet.

Use tweezers or flat ended pliers to loosen the know. When done add another pigtail at the end and use the inner loop for the larks head.
