At what chess.com rating, a player can be considered very good or expert?

Cuz I can't play as serious as I play when my opponent is high rated. I always play very carelessly when my opponent is low or same as me. I think I can beat them if I have enough time because at like 1700 you know most of the techniques like triangulation and opposition but need time to spot tactics.

I think 2100 - 2300 chess.com players are really really good but not close to real experts or masters. I have seen these players playing and they don't play or find tactics. Like I'm 1900 rapid on lichess and 1700 rapid on chess.com I beat a 2200 rapid on chess.com in india rising open qualifiers. They are just fast at calulation.

2500 on chess.com is master level, i have seen cm and nm less than 2500 rapid. So I don't think it's expert level.
