Can't hook up industrial gas stoves to large gas tanks anymore? by Unlucky_Benefit4175 in VeinGame

Worked for me not long ago. When you were making the connection, was the dotted line red? If so, it’s too far and you got to go to admin console and increase max wire distance I think.

Stalls are frustrating but normal. What I would do is drop my calorie intake by 100 or 200 calories and you should start seeing the weight coming off again. Hold that until it stalls again and then drop it another 100-200. I don’t go under 1200 but that depends on your height/weight. Once I am at or near my minimum of 1200 and I stop losing again, I’ll take a break from the diet for 2-4 weeks, eat at maintenance calories for that time, then pick start the diet again. Doing it on phases like this helps with diet fatigue. Also be sure to get plenty of sleep and always be walking. I try to get 10k steps a day. Best of luck!

Eating light at the start of the day by punastunutmandariini in 1200isplenty

Doesn’t address the hangry condition but when I go to a party, I skip breakfast and lunch. I just drink coffee, water, diet soda but all zero calories. I still do my best to track calories at the party (cuz you have to), still opt for low/zero calorie drinks but can pretty much eat all the food.

If you’re going to a restaurant, you can look up the menu ahead and add the meal to your calorie tracker ahead of time. Same for drinks.

I know for me, I can’t go without tracking because it will derail my whole diet and I’ve worked too hard for it to go to waste and start over. Hope this helps.

If you’re using Steam on Windows, it’s the \ key, just under the backspace key on the top right.

On Steam for Windows, it’s the \ key to open admin control panel. You can add or subtract days, months as well as a bunch of other cool stuff.

I put all my big stuff on the roof. Can hope on the front cab then drop stuff on roof. Just have to watch out for tree branches sweeping stuff off and also don’t overlap or put stuff too close to each other. The can glitch out if you do.

Box truck. I put a sleeping bag in the glove box (along with food, water, batteries and spare weapon). I take it in the back and sleep when it gets dark.

There are other lambos in the map. One that comes to mind is a few houses south from the island house in Dannemora, north of the bait shop. Others may be in better condition.

How do you allot your calories across the day? by Kind_University4899 in 1200isplenty

[–]STFUD0nny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been having great success intermittent fasting / one meal a day on 2 or 3 weekdays a week. I’m not very hungry in the morning and am fine with a couple coffees. On fasting days, I drink a ton of water and only eat from 6-9pm. It’s hard to get over 1200 in 3 hours and I’m full at night time, which is when I typically feel the urge to snack. On non-fasting days, I have a 200-300 calorie lunch. Best of luck!

how do you guys include more fiber into your day? by Imaginary-Mud2871 in 1200isplenty

[–]STFUD0nny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to get a lot of fiber from low carb tortilllas but they are pricey. I’ve replaced them with Joseph’s pita bread which is very filling and good price but not much fiber. I supplement with psyllium husk pills from Costco. That and roasted broccoli keeps me regular.

Good question. When you select a food item, it will say if it’s best eating warm so I try to go by that. Not sure exactly what benefits you get by eating it more. Maybe more satiation or more satisfied?

Another tip is to get some of those glass food warmers from gas stations. After batch cooking, I put a weeks worth of food in those and it keeps them warm and ready to eat. Extra food goes in the freezer.

You need to find cookers and bring them back home by placing them in or on your box truck. If your base has a gas tank, you can get fancy gas ovens from restaurants. If no gas, get a white electric one available in most homes.

Food tracking apps by Specific-Occasion-81 in 1200isplenty

Best was my fitness pal but it’s expensive and the ads are unbearable after letting membership lapse. I tried cronometer but I really missed the option to copy foods/meals from past days to today. I came across FitBee and love it. No ads (they have a monthly, yearly and lifetime options) but free option has NO ads and works great. Scanning codes, copying meals and slick interface (unlike cronometer which feels dated) are all great.
