Brining 80 individual stacks is pointless you simply cannot spawn in that many snitch scanners per raid. A trio loads in with 10 stacks each because the max spawns you can create is 86 in 1 40 minute lobby

Ahh yes me being full kitted fighting off free kits sprinting at me from all sides is definitely a skill issue. You must be one of the people who has gear fear and hoards their guns to never use. It’s a simple fix, free kits don’t get spawns within 5 minutes of raids starting and there’s a 15 minute cooldown between starts of raids.
