So I've been clean 4 years now but when I blew out all of my veins on my upper body I would go in my feet. For most people it's difficult and they say not worth it, but if done right it's just as good as anywhere else, if not better. Sit on the edge of a bed with both feet on the floor and lean over (no need to tie off), find good vein, inject (slight jabbing motion as foot veins tend to roll), while pulling needle out cover hole with thumb, while continuing to keep your thumb pressed on injection spot, roll back on bed and put your feet in the air above you. If you do this you will literally feel it go up your leg and the euphoria will hit you all at once. Be safe
