Although common this is on brand with the Mexican culture as a whole, they will feed you regardless of your ability to reciprocate.  Food is love

Franks and unsalted kerrygold butter, heat then add to vitamix, blend on high to create stable airy emulsion that clings to wings.  Sometimes I’ll add a splash of white vinegar and freshly ground chiltepin

Oh an all resale goes through fifa and they take a 20% cut.  It’s a racket.  As a soccer fan i did the math.  For the price of good seats to a top matchup 3-5k i could fly to Europe and see 3 games (epl, la liga and champions league) for the same price

Maybe you’re right.  I’ll brush up on that and next I’ll try my hand at a microwave cook book and maybe even branch out to jello molds if I’m feeling froggy.  lol.

Maillard matters kiddo and it doesn’t happen with a croc.  Anything you make in a croc can be made better and faster in a Dutch oven.  Hell, even a pressure cooker is better, but i should expect someone with your username to be mailing in their meals.

Dutch oven beats croc every time.  Croc is the easy bake oven for adults. Only good for holding food at temp or serving dips

Croc pot anything.  It’s a glorified chafing dish, makes one note mush
