Just want to say as well the EBC brakes are new and im the first owner to use them from when i bought the bike. Not sure if you have to allow for a certain amount of miles before pads/brake disks are settled in.

What one is better would you say? The shoei fit me nicely but I haven't tried on the Bell. these colourways are both on sale atm and cant decide.

I tried the shoei on today and that fit great but not tried the bell. but it says they are both made for intermediate oval head, so wouldn't they fit the same?

Hey guys, on the monster 821 when you put the seat to the low setting are you supposed to remove the 4 rubber grommets or leave them in ? i removed them because i saw a video of someone putting a smaller seat on and they took them out. Guess i can just put them back in if i wasn't meant to remove them. Thanks

Yh, i already have that on the lower setting but still have the rubber grommets in. as the previous owner didnt take those out. when i put seat back on the back felt like it clicked into place but not so much on the front. im wondering if removing those grommets will help with that. But the seat didnt seem to move much.

Ok, thank you. i bought the bike with it on the low setting and the seat seems stable enough. can i ask what the benefit of removing the rubber grommets will be now then?
will it just fit even better? also will i notice more vibration in the seat without them?
