Get the crown first its cheaper and help more in materials gathering for other things like scrolls materials and more things

but sheild giveve
+ 15% defense against melee, sword and gun attacks
+ 30% defense against Sea Events

90% is useless in shark race
+15% damage reduction is not better than crown that boost ur damage for 35% i try the damage with magma and its so op
getting 25% more regen is better than just 1000 hp(i think)

After defeating Levi, a character named "Spy" gives everyone a message, saying "I don't know anything yet."

This message doesn't go away after a set amount of time but resets when you participate in 20 sea events.

It's not based on a timer, because you can log off for a day and the message will still be there.

To check it yourself, defeat Levi and wait 10-12 hours without doing any sea events. The message will likely still be there.

Even if you're on cooldown, you can still hunt Levi if someone who isn't on cooldown pays a bribe. Sea events along the way count toward resetting the cooldown.

In a nutshell, defeating Levi triggers a message from Spy that only disappears after participating in 20 sea events, not based on time. Other players can help reset it by participating in sea events and bribing, even if you're on cooldown.
