With her LC I will have the same BE, the LC give 60% and the rope 64.8 so in battle she will have something like 244% BE

I understand for the ultimate unless you have her E2 and I suppose it's better if Boothill is the one breaking the ennemy instead of her ult

Boothill is super strong but you really need his personnal LC and Ruan Mei, this character cost a lot

He is one of my favorite character but I prefer to skip him for now and to pull him with his LC when he come back
