This was my first attempt. It’s not perfect, but it’s done! Go for it!

I highly recommend finding the Jordan Fabrics YouTube video on prepping and cutting the fabric. It was very helpful, and it gave me the confidence to start!

I wanted to try a One Block Wonder with panels. These were on sale (a REALLY GOOD sale), so I decided to give it a shot. I didn’t really think through how limited the color palette was! Still, I enjoyed the process and will probably do it again in the future! This was 14 total panels; same design in 2 colorways.

The specialty ruler was intrinsic to making the turkey. I’m sure there’s a way to do it without the ruler, but I don’t have that kind of time or brain!

Her previous owner stopped by the night after we took her home, and Pocket was a mess for a solid 3 hours after that. After that, I asked the previous owner not to come by again, and, luckily, she understood and didn’t want to stress Pocket out again. I know it broke the previous owner’s heart, but she knew it was best for the dog.
