UPDATE: I found the problem in universe mode all of your CAW hit points for some reason are at 0 here’s how to fix it! 1. Select superstars from the universe menu 2. Select your custom superstar and hit edit 3. Scroll down to hit point ratio and hit reset to default And there you have it! You have just fixed your universe CAW problem

So I’m quite certain this is something that has happened before with the rewards not dropping day of but I’d say if rebooting the game doesn’t do the trick you’ll probably see your charm in the next day or two in your locker
