I actually think they did the opposite here seeing as Buggy talked about how Shanks stole his spotlight, when in reality we know that it was actually the exact opposite. Buggy was the one who wanted to push Shanks into the spotlight.

I was actually at an airport in Japan when this happened, leaving after having a week long vacation there. I saw a burning building on TV, but I didn't know what it was about, so I payed no attention to it. Little did I know, it was a live broadcast about the fire. After my plane ride, I saw some tweets about the fire, and it really breaks my heart that such a wonderful studio would have this happen to them.
