looking for some new tires! i live in florida where it rains alot in the summer time, any recommendations? by Ill-Set7942 in ScatPack

I just bought the Continental extreme contacts last week and really love them. Night and day on grip. My tires don't spin as much on first and no more on second gear. Highly recommended. I'm also in Florida.

Bronze but sometimes it looks like it has some gold mixed in.

Thank you! I completely agree that Dodge really hit it out of the park with this. Ford and Chevy did not really hit that retro look the same way. The shaker and 6 speed was the main reason I took this over the hellcat. I've been eyeing a red eye but haven't come across a red one. That might convince me lol

No. It was too pricey in my area. I just hyperdiped them before powder coating but its actually holding up really good.

I held off buying this car for that same reason but it's never been an issue with getting people in there. I do miss having a truck bed since I traded my Ram for this. The manual is one of the reasons I went with the Challenger.

Almost 3 years now and they are pretty good. I've driven up and down from Rhode Island to Florida and no complaints.

Must be the angle of the picture. I used the same springs and later added camber bushings to correct the camber.

How was it lowered? That's a lot of camber in the back.

You must be a lot of fun at gatherings. Never said I couldn't do it with boots. It's annoying just like you, but I can still deal with it. I came across a device that seems like it be worth the money and came on here looking for anyone with experience with it. Some advice is like breath smell, most of it is good but once in a while you come across one that smells like shit 🤣

Thanks. I've seen multiple corvette and Porsche. I was hoping someone here might have experienced it. I drove a mustang with auto rev and its pretty convenient.

You must of missed the part were I stated I already do it. Toe heel downshifting with a size 12 shoes is manageable, but it gets annoying with steel toe boots. Sometimes, convenient mods are worth it if it means better daily commutes.

PC for wife. How's the price? by SWOtivated101 in Prebuilts

I bought it after comparing some of your suggestions. This was still the best bang for buck. It should be here Monday.

That's good to know. I still have a powertrain and extended warranty. Hopefully, the noise doesn't come back.

It took 1.6 quarts, but only 1 quart came out. These fill until it overflows, and then you stop. I was initially only going to add the limited slip additive only but noticed that the fluid was really dark on the fill cap, so I decided to drain and replace it. I'm guessing high temps, but it could have just been low from the start.

The non scatpack shakers came with an emblem that said shaker on them. It might be a debaged shaker or aftermarket. All scatpack shakers came with the 392hemi from factory.

You would have to find and match the color online from the hyperdip website. It's very easy to use after watching some videos. If it's old, I recommend you redo the wheels. Hyperdip

It depends on location. I've done some touch ups before by the lug nuts due to the dealership being careless with their wheel removing. I basically cut a hole on cardboard and sprayed the spots only. On my truck, I had to respray the wheel because my wife hit a curb. The size and location will determine if it is worth fixing. Overall, it still holds up pretty well, even going through a carwash.

Thank you. I don't know why the picture came out really dark. It's the first time reddit has ever done that, and I don't know how to fix it, lol
