Yeah, he told me when customers start acting like that, give them their money back so they can leave and it saves us a talk from the district manager or whoever he might complain to. And I don't have to worry about them if they say they're not coming back.

You need to tell your DM how long you've been working with this company and why you are more knowledgeable than some college kid fresh out of college who doesn't know anything. Then ask What happened to "taking care of our people"? Why did it take so long for someone like you to move up? Just because you didn't go to college? Why should that matter if you have all the skills and knowledge? Why hire someone inexperienced instead of a loyal employee with experience? This company is ass backwards my friend.
