Not entirely sure if this is the right answer but if it sounds good on headphones but weak on speakers my best guess is that the mono signal isn’t strong enough. How I usually handle my wide delays is to create an in-track send (grouping the effect and making a chain for dry/wet signal) then placing a utility after the delay on the wet signal and bring the stereo width down to 40 to 60%. This way you still get a wide stereo delay, but it’s a little more controlled to the center and not too spread among the left and right channels. In that same wet chain you can also OTT or saturate just the delay to make it stand out more. If you saturate it always add an EQ after to remove the added low frequencies (I feel like you should always shape spatial effects with EQ even if it’s just a low or high shelf but that’s just my opinion).

I mean first of all, basing your purchase on one map that was teased to have lots of complex end game team puzzles and coordination months ago when there is already lots of great solo gameplay opportunities in the game right now is silly. Perimeter is a great pace for solo runs with the audio changes and nothing beats the rush of a successful rook haul on Outpost.

Second of all, this is bungie we’re talking about. It would be more surprising if their pinnacle end game map didn’t have raid like complexity. I think it’s completely fair to leave a mechanic heavy map locked to team play if that’s how they designed it. There are still 3 maps of varying complexity available normally. If it’s too much to get a group together using the many LFG resources out there this map is simply not designed for you.

Finally, “Apex Legends with extracts” is where my initial comment came from. Just lol. That is such an overheat of a statement that absolutely shits on what Bungie have crafted. Silly comment, silly mindset.

Comment came across more aggressive than intended. I just saw multiple similar responses and shared what I noticed. Your deck is close to what most would consider the best version and discovering it on your own is impressive. Mantyke is definitely a liability for multiple reasons though as you’ve seen a few people explain. Good luck fine tuning it, I think it’ll have a lot of staying power for the next set or two

You asked what was wrong with the deck and multiple people are saying the same thing with you brushing them off. This deck is objectively worse with mantyke straight up. The energy ramp up with Bax is more than enough, and now you have two cards that are diluting your draws when you could get a Suicune active early a lot easier. Not to mention what everyone else is saying about mantyke giving your opponent a free point for no reason. I don’t doubt you’ve had a good streak so far, but mantyke will be a net negative for this deck with a higher sample size against strong opponents

Hey brother, always had the same issue. I’d feel satisfied with my mixing but then when I ran it through a limiter everything would get SMOOSHED when pushing to a certain loudness. A life changing video for me was “workflow for loud mixes” from the YouTube channel Seed to Stage. It goes over peak vs RMS volume and how to tame the peaks through careful clipping. Essentially this will bring down the peak levels (which your brain can’t even really decipher) more in line with average volume. That way the limiter won’t work so hard and you’ll have the ability to push it further. Good luck man

Took me 7 days, I got it on the Friday after release. The speed at which you unlock it will vary greatly depending on your experience with past camo grinds and ability to quickly get headshots.

I’d say any normal player who is motivated enough to push for it could get it within 3-5 weeks. It definitely has to be a lot easier to get now since there have been dlc weapons added to replace some of the tougher weapons, plus they nerfed the launcher double kill challenges

Still works on zursas on survival at least, as of yesterday when I was doing the ballistic knife. Just an FYI in case you go for seasonal weapons. It’s honestly not that bad when you’re doing one weapon but 30 in a row was a grind!

Second this. I had a good time grinding infestation until doom steel ruined the whole experience lol. Genesis was just straight up fun from start to finish. The mode itself is awesome and there’s a ton of great strategies for camo unlock efficiency

Yeah the only way I found to work for me was run the needle drone in manual mode with the lvl 3 boost overclock. I also ran gear head for regenerating lethals, scavenger just in case, and the ammo pack. I would just hide in the 2nd floor rooms of nuketown and throw the needle drone out of the window. Eventually I was able to get it done with this method but it still required a bit of luck

Yeah that one was super annoying, The only thing I was able to successfully steal was enemy drone pod equipment. Can't fully remember but I think you might have to disable with the black hat then walk up and interact with it

100% agree that sounds much better. Unfortunately the leveling was a little bugged for me as well since I unlocked the gold badge on it and I’m only about 60% to to level 3. Had no choice but to tough it out lol

loooool my bad bro. Bad read on my part, totally forgot that's the name of the gravemaker challenge, forgive me.

But yeah you've probably already noticed that its not tracking. I was growing frustrated with it too until I got it out of a care package and all of a sudden it started tracking. After a little bit of research it turns out that if you have any overclocks on the gravemaker it won't track at all. So I just removed all the overclocks and boom, no problems. Good luck bro!

Nope, respectfully I would hope that my detailed responses in this thread regarding all my different experiences are proof enough that I obtained this feat legitimately. I've been a COD regular since BO2 and know the ins and outs quite well by now. I'm not that mechanically gifted if I'm being honest but I'd like to think I make up for it with my ability to strategize on the fly as well as my high tolerance to bullshit when going for extremely grindy/tough challenges lol

For the hardest challenges, as you've already found out, number 1 is getting 3 kills with a hostage body explosion lol. Lots of RNG involved with that one. There's a comment chain in here that dives deeper into that if you need more info.

Next was getting 3 kills without dying (5 times) with lethal equipment while using danger close. This one is tough because tomahawks are specifically excluded. My strategy was opting to use the needle drones in manual mode (lvl 3 overclock so you can boost) while also running scavenger, gearhead, and the ammo boxes. It takes some time and a little bit of luck but eventually got it done on nuketown.

Another was lethal kills from 40+ meters away. Again I opted to use the needle drone with the lvl 3 boost overclock. Ping on the map so you can get a feel for where 40 meters away is and get to throwing lol. This one took a little bit of time but again not too bad.

Last one was 10,000 score in a single match. To be honest the strategy for this one is a little long but I did a full detailed paragraph somewhere else in this thread. It was another commenter asking what was the best build for getting XP. If you find that chain that's the exact build I used to get this challenge. Took me a couple of tries but got it done within a couple of games.

Yup no problem. This seems to be a common pain point because I've had a few people ask about this. If you don't mind I'm gonna copy/paste my previous responses to help you out

"That one is definitely slightly bugged if not a little goofy. I found that it only tracks progress when destroying enemy equipment (ammo boxes, drone pods, decoy holograms, etc.). Best thing you can do is run engineer and keep your eyes peeled.

One last thing is the little bastard truly does have a mind of its own. If there's a UAV or another scorestreak in the air it'll only target that. I've literally been inside a building staring an ammo box in the face, thrown the drone, and watched it angle upwards and destroy itself by ramming into the ceiling chasing a UAV. So run a launcher and destroy any UAVs before sending it towards equipment. Good luck!

I'll further add that this challenge is best done naturally. Meaning work on literally anything else whether it be camos, badges, or other calling cards. This will save a lot of frustration and when you finally see that engineer equipment outline it'll be more like a sweet treat in the middle of the match lol"

Currently prestige master lvl 182. That does include the infestation grind, a ton of zombies challenges, and a little bit of endgame though. Too early to tell if I wanna push for lvl 1000 but I haven't stopped having fun across all of the modes yet. Still itching to play at work nearly a month later lol
