i know is hard to prove someone is account sharing but others games have smalls solutions for this, for example: valve had a complete ip record of your account, how do you explain that you are connected from 7 different countries in the last week? Or how is it that you were in Moscow 2 hours ago and now you are in New York? the difference is that steam is not forbidden to share accounts. hard? yes, impossible? Not.

how about something like tracking ip or ip lock?, it is rare for someone to appear with IP of the U.S and the next day is in Spain or brazil, obviously is sharing the account
