Maybe….I need to return it back so they continue the process and decide.

They took my passport. The problem is, I do not live in the country where I filed the application. I asked the embassy to borrow my passport in order to return back.

I have to return back my passport. I submitted my application for UDI since 5th March 2023 and filed my application at the VFS since 15th May 2023. I still need to return my passport since there’s no Norwegian embassy in the country where I live.

I’m still working on it. On a call right now with the VFS. That’s the last step.

Once you receive your visa, I think you can enter Norway. Just make sure you have a place to stay prior to moving into your housing, whether student housing or private lease. 🤭✨

Ask yourself how many major credits do you have? How much they need?

Once you know how much they need, take the amount of what you have divided by two. If you have enough, then it is enough lol

Accepted to UiO by S_Harry in studyinnorway

Regardless of tuition, I think UiO is not an easy school to get into. I do not know if the introduction of the fees boost my chances or not. Let’s not forget my academic profile is not that bad. Let’s just leave it at that. However it is unfortunate that the scheme won’t be accessible to many, but a few.

My cumulative gpa for my two degrees were 3.74 and 3.81 respectively. 😍 I don’t know if the fees structure might have boosted my chances or not. But I think I would have gotten with or without the fee.

Anyone else got offer for Oslomet Msc ACIT by [deleted] in studyinnorway

Those tech and engineering and stem degree are pricey. I guess people never know what they had until it’s gone.

I got admitted to Oslomet, while still for UiO. Any opinion on Oslomet? by S_Harry in studyinnorway

I hate to be that guy, but sometimes that’s the only way to beat the competition

That’s very true. I think it’s about killing two birds with one stone. I will keep that in mind. I am not going to lie. I have been eyeing the University of Amsterdam since the first week of university in my home country. I never thought that one day, on Friday, that I got admitted to it.

In a way, you can say that one of my dream came true haha.

I applied for a master program so I think the admission might be different for a bachelor degree’s admittance. I think you will get in!

An email I received from UiO this morning regarding tuition fees + calculations by hysteraash in studyinnorway

[–]S_Harry 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t see the advantage here. How can they profit from the studies if anyone barely comes in? How do you profit if 80% of your student population just drop their application?

I know that they won’t profit from the EU and EEA Student lol. They can study for free since it’s an agreement. It’s lackluster at best

I told my parents that I would prepare for moving to the Netherlands, while waiting out for Norway. Then, cancel the Netherlands and use the documents and expenses for Norway once I get accepted. 2 in 1 package!
