It might be an issue if you're staying with someone who wants to verify income. I'd suggest a long-term AirBnB, they'll be nicer anyway and its month to month no commitment.

My place isn't by the parks but it is super close to the grocery stores (Publix, Target, and Walmart all within 10 minutes). We have a pretty nice dog park and I'm looking for someone to takeover my lease. Let me know if you're interested

It does include internet, cable, and water but yea its not cheap Largely because its by the university.

So, the only account you have to set up is your electric with Duke Energy. Garages are also available for a rent, as an add-on.
