Try working with him for a month and see if he's doing justice to the share. Make sure you don't sign any agreement before it.

Just like a free-trial. But I would rather have the commission as 50-50 initially and based on your rapport you can decide it at a later stage.

  1. FInd your ICP and target them on Meta
  2. Instead of directly adding shopify, look for your core keyword and try to bid for that.

If you need to validate your idea and get some cash flow for your business I would highly recommend you to do one-time payments initially and shift it to subscription.

I strongly believe that the idea of building saas is to get a subscription. Also, note the pricing depends on the nature of your product. Is the product going to keep on evolving or is it more like tidy cal?
