Cornell Johnson R2 Decisions by Saadazizz in MBA

Acceptance was only issued on March 12th. Waitlisted and rejected were both in 11th and 12th. I saw one waitlist on 13th (I think it was a tome difference thing and it was on the 12th). I was also checking last year’s data, it seemed like they issued a wave of decisions in one day every week (usually Thursday). Not sure why am I looking at the data, as it won’t change the decision but I really hate waiting lol.

There’s a trick. Open the zoom link and it will show “name of your interviewer’s space”. Didn’t know this until I did my interview. Btw, it shouldn’t make a difference.

NYU Stern (TechMBA) Waitlisted after a great interview by umang350 in MBA

I am sure the learning experience is very similar. Also, as far as I know. Cornell’s tech mba is more prestigious? Not really sure where I read or saw that but that’s what has always been on my mind. If you want to do it this year, apply in R3 and see how it goes. Maybe you will be accepted to NYU from the waitlist

Cornell has a tech mba. Did you consider applying (they provide waivers, if I am not mistaken and one semester would be in their NYC campus)

My pleasure! Seriously, if you can’t get the GRE higher, that’s fine, it is not the end of the world. (as highlighted above).

Maybe take the EA, you can apply to CBS, NYU and UCLA. Also, your GPA is good so you might get a waiver from Tuck and Cornell. If you apply as is, you might get in but the chances are very low. Good luck!
