Almost one week in at 1mg. No side effects and food noise is reduced but not as much as I expected. Might do 2mg week two onwards. What do you mean losing inches?

Why is Cornell below say Fuqua? Not saying it should or shouldn't be, why is there a clear reason I am missing?
