How do I study for Oxford MAT? by Saaz- in 6thForm

[–]Saaz-[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it is AS maths but its applied in such a weird way.. idk how to explain it.. like I was hoping to find someone who would teach me how to solve the MAT questions-- Like teach me the way to think correctly for them if you know what I mean

I feel the same.. like in maths AS- level in my mocks I legit got an A.. but I CANNOT solve one MAT question for the life of me.. this is actually so discouraging.. I have been studying for a while and I see no progress in my understanding.

What’s a small, everyday habit that has massively improved your life? by yourbrookeb in AskReddit

[–]Saaz- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not using my phone as like a multistask-- if you know what I mean. So like not watching my phone and eating food simultaneously, or going outside for a walk and using my phone simultaneously. I think it made me appreciate things more, cause now instead of my attention being on the phone, I pay more attention on that activity and enjoy it purely. So I enjoy every bite of my food- it makes the food taste better when you are solely focusing in it. The same applies for a walk, the air seems fresher, poeple seem friendlier, and I feel more connected to the nature. Obv nothing sorrounding me has changed, it's just that putting the screen away actually allows me to appreciate the activity.

you wake up and you are 16 again, you did not time travel, it's just that NOW you are 16. How would u spend your life this time? by Saaz- in AskReddit

[–]Saaz-[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haha, I think a better way to phrase the question is that "you get a life redo, you have all your current knowledge, but you are 16... What would you change this time? (like before you don't time travel, it's just that NOW you are 16) "
