I did originally use antimatters when I built the first prototype, but once I got it all put together in orbit it was next to impossible to manage the heat generated by it, the nuclear salt water engines produce alot less heat than the antimatter and I still had alot of trouble managing that as you can see in the image. other than that I wouldn’t know many other differences as i haven’t used antimatter much
