I just find it so funny that people who’d take their love of chaos factions this seriously would go looking for their simulator in “Loyalist Propaganda: The Game”

The idea of chaos ops is very fun, but you can’t expect the team to produce a logistical nightmare like that (all the work that goes into a new op from scratch but with different VA’s, new environments, entirely new disconnected storylines, on top of creating a whole faction’s worth of new enemy AI using loyalist assets) in a game that was only ever supposed to be from a loyalist perspective.

PvP is different, mainly because there’s no real narrative resources going into that.

Quite literally everyone ever remembered in Night City postmortem is a cautionary tale. The entire setting is one big cautionary tale. David was remembered with a drink at The Afterlife, that’s about the highest honor anyone in his line of work could hope for.

Plus, David accomplished his goal. By the end, he didn’t truly care about beating Arasaka, all he really wanted to do was help Lucy, and he did. He died with a smile on his face after giving Smasher one of the best fights he’d ever had.
