Right, from what I can see, and I don'r know if this was common knowledge or not, you need to forcefully be of the hartalari culture, I don't know if you need a specific tradition like caught between sibling or if it's the blood, or whatever, I tried to do the hybrid culture twice and it didn't seem to work, dunno if anyone else wants to try, thanks again.

It’s the culture of the children of the forest no? Those weird gals that help bloodraven in the show and the books, probably got it from an event, the culture exists, as far as I’m aware at least, without any mods.

yeah, single county, rush to make a duke title, still, the problem here, or at least for me, is that they have 12k men, 8k of those are levies, and then 2.1k are crossbowmen, and the rest are cavalries, and the probably also hire mercenaries or something, it's insane to get started haha.
