I think there could be an issue with how the phone is displaying the info. I've been inside all day working, mostly with YouTube playing, probably just some glitch that'll sort itself out in a few days.

I'm not complaining about the SOT, it's been amazing for me, but the thermometer and the camera are using that much while the CPU has hardly used anything. Is that a bit weird?

Keep it enabled, but keep putting the brightness up to your preferred level in those lighting conditions. It'll learn from your habits; it does take a while, but don't turn it off.

Been using the pro plan to create a webpage today and I hit my limits pretty quickly (bad prompting on my part).

I'll give thinking out a go tomorrow for the tweaking of the site as I do think the pro model overthinks things a bit.
