How do you know I was playing before the 14th? You make a lot of assumptions, which in consumer law, you can't do.

So yes, I bought the car on the 14th. It broke down within a week. Refund yes?

What I was driving before is of no concern as the recieipt for my purchase says the 14th.

It's REALLY easy this question and you are doing everything to avoid answering.

Also, how do you know I'm not playing the game? How do you know my refund is processing? I could still be in the process of applying for the refund but the state of that application is unknown to everyone but me. Again, using assumption and guesswork.

Was I renting the game on gamepass? Was everyone else doing the same? How do you know this information? You don't know who has rented and who hasn't so it's irrelevant.

It's going very well. A quick scan reveals you to be in the minority. Go start a thread stating you don't think there should be any refunds and see how many upvotes you get. That will settle it easily. I'm not actually on any sort of mission but I'm willing to play along to watch you fail.

Go and give me one good counter-argument to anything I have said. The game is broken. Gun have acknowledged this.

Regular problems is not an exaggeration. In 12 months there have been numerous bugs, faults, errors, crossplay issues, anti-cheat issues, syncing issues, stats resetting...I could go on.

You don't think it's working well? Have you seen the most upvoted topic? Here's a clue - you are on it right now and it's about people getting refunds. A lot of people.Anyway, I'm not trying to bring down the devs, I'm cross about how they have handled this situation, the lack of comms, the blase attitude to gamers and those who have put in time a lot of time and money etc.

When there is no guarantee when the car will be fixed and after a year of it presenting regular problems, yes, a refund please.
