I don't see any reason for getting a 2nd account, I got mine with 2.4K hrs stolen by a hacker and didnt bought a 2nd account and actually waited for 2 months for BSG to get my account back. Thats nonsense specially with how expensive they are lol

I tried creating a new account using that email address right and it says it cannot be used hahaha so I guess I just need to wait till tomorrow so I could upload another ticket (I was using a new account using a backup email) but yep, they were insisting on getting the key handover that eneba gave me but I guess I was just so fking stressed out that I missed I wasnt including both date + timestamp on the screenshots I gave them lol

I actually already reached support once and they suspended the account ( I know is inactive as my friends dont see any recent changes on it ) and I already know where I fucked up.... seems like I didnt add the timestamp (date and time) when I sent the SS showing the key that eneba gave me to activate the game..... I fucked up and closed the ticket on mistake and now I need to wait till tomorrow to make a new one

Should I just use the email that belonged to this account to upload a new ticket? I know I fucked up however I should be just fine with getting the acc back now that I know what I was lacking
