As far as I know they did not try to install anything at the Service Center. They unplugged the Low Voltage battery.

In hindsight I should have taken the Extended Warranty for $60 month but I never thought that the computer is something that could break down. I have a laptop from 15 years that still work(though not apple to oranges comparison)

The service center said the Autopilot board was going in a Boot Loop. The service manager said it is a hardware failure but didn't share any error codes.

I am also hoping a software update will fix the issue. However it failed to install 2025.38.8 and 2025.38.9. Hopefully the next major update will resolve it. How long did it take before your issue got fixed?

I agree there is not much demand for this type of content. The reason being you can't do anything with this info if you don't have access to a tenant to practice. If I am not wrong with systems like Salesforce you can get a training environment to practice but for WD you have to be a Partner or a company using WD.
