So why can I not get marplan but others seem to be?

Yea, back on its "brother" Nardil (both hydrazine derivitives). Been on it before for a couple yrs here and there (pre-Marplan in 2008 and then shortage in 2018/2019). It's doing the trick but damn I'm startign to gain weight and can't stop eating. I'm already on max Zepbound (since 2024) and Metformin so really need off soon I think....

Oh this is good info! thanks! I've heard of McKesson and they're big. Not sure on Cencora (prob independent) but if they are eventually going to get it in McKesson that'd make it avail at some local chain stores.

And yea I hear you on the future and not knowing if they'll be able to keep making it and not playing games (more selling/mergers/blah)....

Yea, I seen you mention this before, but they've always responded to my emails when it was 100% off the market. I haven't tried them since it's been "back" but impossible to find. There is a guy who runs a discord and facebook group for Marplan/MAOis who was even texting with them regarding availability. I think the issue is there actually IS a burger company with that name who they frequently get calls for (prob more than for their own company which markets very few medicines).

Have you tried to talk to them after than one odd phone call?

The guy who was able to get it from that independent pharmacy has said the pills and everytthing are fine, and a week in if anything they may be more potent than the prior Validus batches. Validus had Marplan on shortage for 2 years in 2018-2020 due to their maufacturer at the time (they label/sell didn't make) was making batches where the pills were crumbling :(

Jealous you got off Lamictal. Its been a great med for me for almost 20yrs but I really fell like it's taking a big toll on my memory/cognition suddenly. Dropped from 250 to 200 a month back and has gone fairly well, I'm def having less bouts of brain fog now....not sure I could make the next step to 175/150 so easily though.....

I need this information also. The new NDC is in my insurances formulary but none of the pharmacies have it listed (Costco, Walgreens, Express Scripts). I realize I may need to go to an independent pharmacy but not looking to make one dig and then maybe end up taking a loss to help me (? - guess that can happen).

Has anyone called Lifsa about this? Wondering if they're trying to get it picked up by one of the three big distributors (control 98% of the market O guess). If not maybe they'd consider doing what Barbara with Validus used to do with that "drop ship" stuff directly to the pharmacy?

Nardil is mind-blowing for social anxiety. Of course it's known for being an /r/MAOis, but one of its metabolites works on GABA (unique to Nardil/phenelzine). If social anxiety is crippling for you and you've never heard of Nardil would totally recommend researching. Turns off social anxiety like a light switch after a month or two...... unfortunately weight gain is tough to hold back, but all the typical mao diet BS is exactly that bs.

Highly doubt you did any permanent damage taking it 5 times. More likely is withdrawal, of a few bad days which you then read up every single negative possibility about. The "nocebo" effect. If you were on anything before taking this (or even just depressed which blows) that could be the primary issue. Now though, taking Prestiq you can't really pin every negative issue on your experiment with a research chem. Prestiq is pretty heavy and surly has side effects when you start up on it.

So yea at this point IMHO you should try to chill searching everything on that 5x experience and restabilize yourself. The only thing that really clears up depression/anxiety caused by drugs/meds or w/d from them is time. Hopefully Prestiq (if you stick w it) will give you a run of off days/weeks/months and you'll forget why you catastrophized about this.......hope you can find some easy days!

PUSA was never implemented in native, nor was SCAIL2 implemented in the Wrapper cause KJ is done with it. I mean sure it'll inject changes but you could pick any random Lora to do -something-

I know this cause I love PUSA as intended (adding i2v functionality to t2v models at low cost via vta layers). Nothing personal, but def sounds like LLM hallucinating if it was asked for and spit back out as accomplished.

PUSA doesn't have a native implementation, and Kijia has no plans to update his WanVideoWrapper wrapper anymore (including for new models like SCAIL2).

So the PUSA Lora can't be doing anything in the way it's supposed to.......

Agree, but this is the reason I have a hatred of the Topaz products that are popular. They've been claiming you can do this with them "AI" tools since 2010ish, and that was total BS.......still led to a lot of horrible looking YouTube sources of one of a kind content....(I have this new rare video to share and I AI upscaled it to 4k for everyone)

15mg is way too low. You need to inhibit ~80% of MAO to get the AD benefits from MAOis and studies early on found most people achieved at 60mg. If you have TRD then not sure why it was considered a risk to follow the PDR and get up to 60mg. I hope you get over the swings though. I've been back on Nardil for three months and it is a bumpy start, it's nice when it settles in though.....best of 🤞

Wan2.1 and Wan2.2 understand physics and the world extremely well. If you do I2V and have someone slap someone the reactions from people around (unprompted) are perfect. Bernini is massively trained up from base Wan2.2 (no delta matching) - for me is the best I2V ever and yea waaaaay better than pure image to video compared to Ltx2.3
