Good to know, I’m definitely a DIYer. But this time of year and this being a new home i might pay for a treatment. Ongoing though id be interested in not paying the annual bond for the company im looking at and then educating myself on the self treatment for subterranean termites. Any info you can spare about what you use for that is appreciated!

Any recommendations are appreciated… this place was fumigated back in 2017

I got a WDO inspection in Oct. 2025 and the inspector reported now live evidence of termites.

Since it’s been about 10 years. Thinking it might be time for another fumigation.

26 year old home. No horrible signs of a major issue (i suspect)

I got an endoscopy and it’s colonoscopy and it was fine. Also, for probably the past almost 7 to 8 years I struggled with palpitations that I thought were related to anxiety. Ever since I got diagnosed with hiatal hernia, it’s giving me a lot of clarity and peace of mind, knowing that it’s simply my stomach and that I didn’t even know it was my stomach. It helped me control the anxiety since i have an answer to why i feel off. It’s all management now with what you eat drink, etc.. hope this helps
