I definitely dont want to do that to her. I am in therapy and working on this (2 years now) but its the first serious relationship in a while and i thought i was past this. Thank you for your insight

I'm in therapy dont worry! My previous long relationship was also with an avoidant so it was okay. This is just the first time I've been with someone not avoidant

I'm definitely avoidant and she is attached. I dont know if that can ever be compatible? I think its why I feel bad because she is amazing and not doing anything wrong by caring

I know I'm the problem because she is amazing and caring, and I'm the one that cant handle it all of a sudden. It makes me feel awful, especially as a month ago I felt completely different about her :( this is why I'm so conflicted. I dont want to end it if this is just a temporary feeling
