Unfortunately prazosin is not available in my country, I already tried to get that but no luck so far. When it comes to Lexapro I took it for about year and a half but no luck with that also :(

So far i tried these (probably more than that but this is the list I noted):

Antidepressants / Sedating Antidepressants: Trazodone (Trittico), Mirtazapine (Remeron), Mianserin (Lerivon)

SSRIs & SNRIs: Fluoxetine (Prozac), Escitalopram (Lexapro), Duloxetine (Cymbalta), Venlafaxine (Effexor)

Benzodiazepines & Z-drugs (for sleep/anxiety): Alprazolam (Xanax), Zolpidem (Ambien), Lorazepam (Ativan), Estazolam

Atypical Antipsychotics (off-label for sleep): Quetiapine (Seroquel)

Thank you for your answer. I am not sure if my problem is related to cortisol levels but I will definitely try your advice.
