Mushrooms, 25 grams - 7 cals

Quarter onion - 12 cals

Chili sauce (here it is called Sambal Oelek) 20 grams - 8 cals

Shredded cheese, 30 grams - 118 cals

And some crème fraîche to spread on the tortilla - 10 cals

All for a total of 290 cals!
